Cooling Tower Solutions Designed to Your Actual Duty

A cooling tower must provide the target cool-water temperature without the unnecessary replacement of water. Fouled fills, damaged drift eliminators, blocked nozzles, incorrect fan pitch, worn drives, or structural deterioration may be the cause of performance problems. SP Cooling Towers Pvt. Ltd. evaluates cooling towers of all makes and recommends only the work and parts necessary to ensure reliable cooling tower operation.

Cooling After-Sales Replacement

Replace worn or fouled cooling tower fills, drift eliminators, and nozzles in place while maintaining the tower structure and geometry. This can enhance the heat transfer and water distribution without a full tower changeout.

Fan & Drive Upgrades

Replace cooling tower fans, gearboxes, and drive systems; re-pitch cooling tower fans if necessary. The goal is to achieve better cooling, reliable performance, and increased airflow.

Structural Restoration

Ensure the recovery of damaged FRP, timber, and RCC cooling tower structures with expert repair and reinforcement solutions to ensure their extended service life and reliability.

Complete Cell Rebuild

In cases where a cell is no longer economically feasible to repair, we will undertake complete reconstruction of the cell, taking into account site conditions and cooling requirements.

Who we are

We started in 2004 building FRP cooling towers for industrial plants around Delhi NCR. Today, our towers operate across refineries, thermal power stations, fertilizer plants and paper mills throughout India.

S P Cooling Towers Private Limited was incorporated in 2017. The company continues to manufacture its towers at its own works — moulded, fabricated and assembled in-house rather than bought in and badged.

A cooling tower is not a catalogue item. It is sized to your flow rate, water chemistry, wet-bulb temperature and available space.

Our engineers work from your actual duty conditions, not simply from a model number. Where an existing tower is underperforming, we assess the system and supply only the components required to restore performance.

What we make ourselves

Being a manufacturer rather than a trader is the difference between controlling a delivery date and passing on someone else's excuse. These operations happen at our works:

FRP moulding — casings, panels, fan stacks, blades and structural sections
Structural fabrication in MS and stainless steel
Machining of cast iron valves, couplings and drive components
Fill, eliminator and nozzle assembly to project sizes
Tower assembly, trial fitting and dispatch

Motors and gearboxes are sourced from established manufacturers and supplied as part of the package. We say so plainly rather than claiming to build everything.
